What you need to get started

Once you are ready to shop, simply head to mikkomens.nz and browse the selection of shoes on offer. Flicking through the new season catalogue online is a great way of getting inspiration – click any style to view more details. 

How to view size availability for your closest store

Use our 'check in store availability' feature on each product page of our website to see if your closest Mikko Men’s store has the style and size available in the store. 

Simply click on the style you like to see more details, then scroll down to the size section. You can view the size guide if you need help selecting your size.

Once you've chosen the colour and size, then click on the 'SELECT SIZE ABOVE & CHECK IN STORE AVAILABILITY' dropdown feature to check the in store stock availability of the store you wish to visit. If you can see that your size is available in another Mikko store not local to you, we are happy to bring this to your local store for you to try on, free of charge. 

Once you have made your selection, you can use the ADD TO WISHLIST button online to keep the shoe details handy for when you visit in store. 

You do not need to be logged in to create a wishlist, however we highly recommend saving your wishlist while you are logged in. By logging in or creating an account, your wishlist is saved under your account details. This can be accessed from multiple devices, for example your mobile device, for easy reference later.  Alternatively, if it is easier, you can take a screenshot of the style on your phone until you visit in store. 

Just remember to include the style name details so that our team can find it easily for you. 

Phone ahead for a seamless visit

Have you found a pair of shoes you want to try on in store, but they are not available at your nearest store?

At Mikko Men’s, you can phone your local store ahead of your visit to request shoes to try on in store, with no charge or obligation to buy - it’s all part of the service. 

Simply make sure that the shoe is available in your size at any Mikko Men’s store, and contact your local store to request them to be brought in for you. The team member will provide you with the expected arrival time frame and will contact you once it has arrived in store.

If you prefer to have it delivered to you

Once you’ve built your wishlist and you find that you would prefer to have the shoes delivered to your home, we offer free shipping on orders over $200, and hassle-free exchange and returns. 

You can return your order within 7 days from when you receive your shoes, if you need to exchange size or find the style isn’t quite right for you. If you wish to return your order, you will need to post back the item in the same condition it was received. (You can read more about our Mikko Men’s return policy here).
